Exchange Policy

Exchange Guidelines

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are applicable only for size changes and not for colour, style, or design changes.
• Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for the exchange. The cost of shipping the exchanged item back will be borne by The Modesse.

As all pieces are made to order, exchanges are subject to production timelines.
