No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without prior written permission from Modesse.

2. Trademarks

The brand name Modesse, its logo, product names, designs, and all related branding elements are trademarks of Modesse. Any unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

3. Electronic Communication

By using our website or communicating with us electronically (including email, SMS, WhatsApp, or social media), you consent to receive communications from Modesse electronically. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed on the Modesse website, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Customers are advised to review all order details carefully before completing a purchase.

5. Sizing

Garment fit may vary depending on the cut, fabric, and design. Certain styles are intentionally designed for a relaxed or oversized fit, while others may have a structured or tailored silhouette.

We strongly recommend referring to our Size Chart and selecting the size that best suits your measurements and fit preferences.

6. Colors

While we make every effort to accurately display product colors:

  • Actual colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting, fabric texture, and photography.
  • Minor color variations are not considered defects.
  • Such variations do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered within the estimated timelines communicated at the time of order, depending on production schedules and product type.

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Incomplete or delayed payment.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • Missing or inaccurate measurements (for custom orders).
  • Delayed response or lack of communication from the customer.

Modesse works with trusted third-party logistics partners. While we strive for timely delivery, Modesse is not liable for delays caused by external courier or logistics providers.

8. Shipping

Modesse ships worldwide.

  • Shipping within India is free and fully borne by Modesse.
  • International shipping charges are additional and calculated based on destination, weight, and volume. These charges will be communicated at checkout or upon inquiry.

For alterations (domestic or international), return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. At least one fitting trial may be required to ensure optimal fit.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by their country. Courier partners may contact customers directly for payment of these charges.

9. Undelivered Outfits

If an order is undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Customer unavailability.
  • Refusal to accept delivery.
  • Failure to respond to courier attempts.

Then:

  • The shipment may be returned to Modesse.
  • Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • No refunds will be issued for undelivered orders caused by customer negligence or non-cooperation.

10. Prices

All prices listed on the Modesse website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

11. Sale Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

No price adjustments will be made if an item goes on sale after purchase.

13. Delivery Policies

Modesse uses trusted third-party logistics partners for all courier services.

  • Domestic shipping costs are borne by Modesse.
  • International shipping charges are borne by the customer.

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select products or pin codes:

  • A COD fee may apply.
  • Part or all of this fee may be passed on to the customer.
  • The applicable COD charge will be added at checkout.

14. Discounts & Promotions

Discounts, offers, and promotional codes are valid only for the specified duration and under the stated terms.

  • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Modesse reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modesse shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss or damage resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or third-party service disruptions.
