We do not offer returns or order cancellations.

Each garment is individually handcrafted after an order is placed and therefore cannot be restocked or resold.

We offer size exchanges only within the same product and SKU, subject to availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable for made-to-order purchases.

Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

• The product received is damaged during transit
• An incorrect item has been delivered

To request a refund

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Share clear images and an unboxing video of the package
• Email us at support@themodesse.com with your order number and details

Upon review, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Important Notes

• Minor variations in colour, texture, or weave are inherent to handcrafted and hand-dyed garments and are not considered defects.
• These variations are a natural part of artisan-led processes and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
